  • Check-In: 4pm - There is NO check-in office; guests go straight to the condo. Once all payments have been made, an email with the door code will be sent, and it will be resent a week before the stay.

  • No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

  • There is NO check-in office; guests go straight to the condo.
  • The Sleepy Bear Getaway condo is on the 1st floor.
  • Located just a block off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge; accessible by vehicle and motorcycle.
